The bill of complaint of the Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing Company, plaintiff herein, alleges the existence of a contract between it and Eisemann Magneto Company (hereinafter referred to as the Eisemann Company); that the defendant, Diamond State Fibre Company, maliciously induced the Eisemann Company to break such contract; and.that the plaintiff has similar contracts with numerous other persons, with which the defend*122ant is also threatening to interfere.
