In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the third-party defendant appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated March 24, 1976, (1) the first of which denied his motion to sever the third-party action from the main action and (2) the second of which, inter alia, denied his motion for discovery de novo of all parties, prior to trial. First above-described order affirmed.
