GLENN A. NORTON, Chief Judge.

Richard G. Ramsey appeals the judgment denying his motion for post-conviction relief under Rule 24.035 1 without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Ramsey was charged with three counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, three counts of incest, two counts of sexual misconduct in the first degree and twenty-five counts of child pornography.
