The appellants, Voncile G. Taylor, and her husband, Albert J. Taylor, filed a bill in the Circuit Court of Clarke County, Alabama, in equity, for a declaration of their rights under a mortgage, to hold null and void a written instrument executed by the appellee purporting to release from the operation of said mortgage the undivided one-half interest owned by the appellee, to enjoin the mortgage foreclosure by the appellee, Claude M.
