— Appeal by the defendant from a purported resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Browne, J.), imposed April 7, 1987, upon which the defendant seeks review of a judgment of the same court, rendered May 11, 1979, convicting him of murder in the second degree and kidnapping in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
