Deyesu v. Donhauser

In the Circuit Court for Harford County, Dale and Jean M. Donhauser, d/b/a Wizard’s Knoll Log Homes (“Wizard’s Knoll”), the appellees, brought a mechanic’s lien claim against Jodie and Anthony Deyesu, the appellants. Wizard’s Knoll sought to recover for work performed under a contract they entered into with the Deyesus to construct the exterior of their log cabin home.
