Relator Jeannette Wilkerson Klein was granted leave to file her petition seeking a writ of mandamus compelling the Honorable Don E. Cain, Judge of the 223rd Judicial District Court of Gray County, to grant her application for writ of habeas corpus to secure, pursuant to a subsisting court order, the possession of her minor son from his father, R.D.
