In this worker’s compensation action, defendants, S.T. Sibley, III Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Kentucky Fried Chicken and Aetna Life and Casualty, appeal from the judgment of the district court finding plaintiff, Rita J. Jones, to be permanently and partially disabled as a result of a work-related accident and awarding plaintiff worker’s compensation benefits together with medical expenses.
