LEVET, District Judge.

Petitioner, Lewis J. Ruskin, the representative of 100% of the secured creditors of the debtor, General Stores Corporation, renews his application for a vacation of the stay ordered by this court on May 1, 1956. On January 2, 1957, the original petition was denied without prejudice, with leave to renew if no feasible plan was proposed within the period fixed by this court.
