Michael 0 ’Reilly, who was an employe of the Louisville Gas & Electric Company, was killed instantly on August 13,1923,, by coming in contact with a high voltage wire. Katie O’Reilly and Willa Jones filed claims before the workmen’s compensation board for full compensation as dependents; of Michael O’Reilly. Proof was taken; two members of the board united in an opinion holding that neither of them were entitled to compensation under the compensation act.
