*982In an action to recover upon a personal guaranty, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Maltese, J.), dated August 11, 2008, which denied her motion for summary judgment on the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

The plaintiff landlord entered into a lease with a limited liability company (hereinafter the LLC) of which the defendants were the sole officers and members.
