The complainants’ motion to remand must be denied for the following reasons:
1. Under the allegations of the bill there is a separate controversy as to the validity of the trust deed executed by Mrs. Anna II. Murphy to the removing defendant, the Columbia Finance Trust Company. This separate controversy is wholly between citizens of different states, namely, the complainants, citizens of Tennessee, upon the one side, and the defendant Trust Company, a citizen of Kentucky, trustee under said trust deed, and the defendants Felder and wife, citizens of New York, the…
