Albert R. Butler, administrator of the estates of Martha Bowers Moseley and Martha L. Cole, deceased, filed a motion for judgment against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company to recover the sum of $3,250, with interest and costs, alleged to be due on an automobile indemnity insurance policy.
