Appeal from judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered March 26, 2001, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of vehicular assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (two counts) and leaving the scene of an accident without reporting.
