Petitioner seeks reversal of an order issued by an Immigration Judge1 that petitioner be deported from the United States to Mexico for violating the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(13)2 in that, within five years after an entry into the United States, he knowingly and. for gain aided and abetted other aliens to enter the United States illegally. The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed petitioner’s appeal, and he comes before this court pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1105a which sets forth the sole and exclusive procedure for judicial review.
