STEPHAN, Presiding Judge.

Defendant-appellant Charles Decker was indicted for and tried jointly on the charges of first-degree robbery and stealing a motor vehicle. Defendant’s motion to sever the offenses was denied. He was convicted on the stealing count and acquitted of the robbery. Having been tried under the Second Offender Act, § 556.280, RSMo 1969, he was sentenced by the trial court to ten years in prison. We affirm.
