Introduction

Gary Lomax appeals from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of St. Louis County granting DaimlerChrysler Corporation’s Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to Mr. Lomax’s claim for disability discrimination in violation of the *477Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”). We reverse and remand.
