At April rules, 1883, of Summers county circuit court, Lehman, Kichman & Co. and A. C. Snyder, who sue for themselves and all other lienholders of Evan Hinton who will come in and contribute to the expenses of the suit, filed their bill in chancery against Evan Hinton, Joseph Hinton, Richard Woodrum, Joseph Ellis, William Hinton, Avis Hinton, John Hinton, J.
