delivered the opinion of the court:
Defendant, Robert Williams, was indicted on charges of murder and intimidation. After a jury trial, he was found guilty of both charges. He was sentenced to serve twenty to thirty years in the penitentiaiy for murder and one to two years in the penitentiary for intimidation, the sentences to run concurrently.
