RANSOM, Justice.

Diversified Development & Investment, Inc., sued the estate of Anne Pickard and its personal representatives, Helga Heil and Dorothy Holmberg, (collectively, “the Estate") for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and prima facie tort in connection with a contractual option to purchase real estate. After the Estate filed a third-party claim for indemnification and legal malpractice against its attorney, Patrick Hurley, Diversified Development filed a claim against Hurley for breach of contract, misrepresentation, and prima facie tort, and asked for punitive damages.…
