Plaintiff was awarded a decree of absolute divorce and a judgment for alimony. Defendant appeals.

*703Plaintiff’s cause of action is based on a charge of extreme cruelty. Defendant denied the charge, and insists that the evidence does not warrant the granting of a decree. The parties were married in the year 1899, plaintiff being then 17 years of age and defendant slightly older. No children have been born to them, and during the major portion of their married life they have lived by themselves.
