In the months of October and November, 1891, certain persons at certain points in the state of Nebraska delivered to the Union Pacific Railway Company (hereinafter called the “Railway Company”) for transportation seven cars of grain. The Railway Company at the time of such delivery issued and delivered to said shippers bills of lading for the grain received by it.
