ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ENFORCEMENT OF INJUNCTION OF DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR

Before the Court is a Motion For Enforcement Of Injunction Of Discharge Of Debtor (“Motion”) filed by the Debtors. The Debtors assert that their 1040 taxes due for tax years 1985 through 1988 (“Taxes”) were discharged since the Taxes were due more than three years and assessed more than 240 days prior to the filing of the petition for relief under Chapter 7.
