Dan Siddall, a resident of Cooke county, filed suit in the district court against K. W., L. C., and W. J. Way, a partnership doing business under the trade-name of Way Engineering Company, all of whom wer« alleged to reside in Bexar county, but, at the time of the transaction out of which the suit grew, did business in Dallas county, and the Southwest Purchase Corporation, a private corporation having its place of business in Dallas county.
