William H. Hollis died on the 7th day of February, 1881, leaving a will executed December 13,1880, less than two months prior to his death. He left a widow' and father, and an estate consisting of real and personal property of the value, at the time of his death, of $118,000, over all incumbrances and debts. After certain specific legacies he directed a conversion of all the residue of his estate, both real and personal, into money, and after making certain bequests to various persons, he directed his executrix to invest the sum of $20,000, and keep the same invested during the - life of his…
