This motion raises some interesting questions concerning the extent of the discovery allowed of independent certified public accountants under Fed.R.Civ.P. 26.

The motion pursuant to Rule 45(d)(1) by the third-party defendant FMC Corporation (“FMC”) is to compel production of certain documents by Price Waterhouse and Company (“Price Water-house”), the auditors for plaintiff Inspiration Consolidated Copper Company, Inc.
