The appellant Sidney Witlen was cited for contempt for violation of the provisions of the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act for failing to pay the sum of $225 per month as required by an order of the Superior Court of Dougherty County. The matter came on for hearing on July 18, 1978, before the Superior Court of Cobb County.
