Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (67 Pa. Superior Ct. 497) affirming the judgment of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Allegheny County in which defendant was indicted and convicted for seduction and fornication and bastardy. The principal question for determination is whether or not defendant was an inhabitant or usual resident of this Commonwealth for a period of two years previous to his indictment within the meaning of Section 77 of the Act of March 31, 1860, P.
