ROSS, Senior Circuit Judge.

Appellant Terry Raino entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and one count of use of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). Pursuant to Rule 11(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, appellant reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress the evidence presented against him.
