Defendants Harold Fowler, Gary Pendleton and William Roberts were charged with and convicted of illegal possession of narcotic drugs, 1 receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen property, 2 possession of burglary tools with intent to use, 3 and carrying concealed weapons without a license. 4
