This dispute has its genesis in plaintiff Russell Dow’s claims against defendants Gregoiy Casale (Casale), James Strahle (Strahle), and Lawrence Baker (Baker) for violation of the Massachusetts Wage Act, G.L.c. 149, §§148 and 150 (the underlying action).
