MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILL, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Independence Tube Corporation (Independence) brings this action against *464Copperweld Corporation (Copperweld), Regal Tube Company (Regal) and The Yoder Company (Yoder) claiming, pursuant to the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, et seq., combinations and conspiracies by defendants to foreclose competition by the plaintiff and attempts to monopolize and combinations and conspiracies to monopolize the structural steel tubing market. Jurisdiction over the antitrust claims is founded on the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26 and 28 U.S.C. § 1337.…
