The objector is the administrator of the estate of Roy Emerson, deceased, who was a beneficiary of the estate of Charles Emerson. His specific objection to the final report of the administrator of the Charles Emerson estate was directed to two items of $200 and of $1,170, respectively. These items represent claims of the administrator for extra compensation for extraordinary services, in addition to his statutory compensation.
