The case was submitted on briefs. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff is conservator of the estate of Blanche C. Celinas, hereinafter referred to as Blanche. The plaintiff claimed that two annuity contracts were issued by the defendant to Mary M. Eochette, deceased, hereinafter referred to as Mary. Mary was a sister of Blanche.
