Jason Michael Faber seeks by petition for writ of certiorari to quash the order overruling his objection to the State’s request for his medical records. We grant the petition and quash the order to the extent that it allows for the discovery of a broad class of medical and mental health records without a sufficient showing of the relevancy of the records to the pending charges.
