PERRY, District Judge.

An examination of the files and records in this habeas corpus proceeding reveals the following: Relator, a native and citizen of Greece, lawfully entered the United States at Norfolk, Virginia, on March 17, 1948 as a seaman under Section 3(5) of the Immigration Act of 1924, 43 Stat. 153, for a period of time not to exceed 29 days, but has remained continuously in this country since his said entry on March 17, 1948. Subsequent to such entry, Relator married a citizen of the United States and now has two children, both born in this country. He voluntarily surrendered…
