Plaintiffs Velma Werner and Norma Riegel appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Will County reaffirming a decision of that court finding that the amended complaint of plaintiffs should be dismissed because the issue raised had been fully litigated. The action was commenced by tlie two sisters against their brother individually, and as executor of their mother’s estate.
