ORDER

OAKES, District Judge.

The United States and the Chief of the Internal Revenue Service Intelligence Division have brought a proceeding under Sections 7402(b) and 7604(a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, 26 U.S.C. §§ 7402(b) and 7604(a), judicially to enforce an Internal Revenue summons. The summons calls for the production of books, records and other documents disclosing the names and addresses of all patients treated by Dr. Edward J. Layden during the years 1966, 1967 and 1968.
