The plaintiffs as creditors of Harry E. Beardsley brought this action to set aside a deed made by the debtor on November 30, 1920, to his wife Anna W. Beardsley. The plaintiffs were mostly subsequent creditors, their claims arising immediately after the date mentioned, but *212a part of the claim of the Plymale-Wagner Company had accrued at that date. The situation was somewhat complicated by the fact that about thirty days after the execution of the deed the grantor became violently insane, and in the following April his wife was appointed his guardian.
