| gPlaintiffs, Michael Dunn and similarly situated firefighters of Kenner, appeal the trial court’s judgment on cross-motions for summary judgment on the issue of defendant City of Kenner’s liability for past pension contributions. The trial court denied plaintiffs’ Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and granted Kenner’s Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, we vacate the trial court’s grant of Kenner’s Motion for Summary Judgment with regard to the four particular types of compensation at issue in this case, we reverse the trial court’s…
