On April 17, 1923, P. E. Corniek and Sam Klugman entered into a written contract, by the terms of which Cor-nick agreed to convey to Klugman by warranty deed a tract of 115 acres of land situated in Wise county, specifically described by metes and bounds in the contract. In consideration of that contract, Klugman agreed to convey to Corniek “400 acres of land in Hot Spring's county in the state of Arkansas”; no other description being given. On the same day and at the same time Corniek executed to R, A. Mooneyham, by warranty deed, the same tract of land situated in Wise county and described…
