In 1917 the Easton Brick and Tile Manufacturing Company owned a brick yard, consisting- of kilns and plant for the manufacture of brick and other clay products, and also certain clay deposits near Easton, Talbot County, Maryland. The capital stock of that company was owned, or was to he taken over, by tbe Clay Products Manufacturing Company, a corporation which was in possession of and operating the brick yard and plant under the supervision of Franklin A.
