Stanley King appeals his conviction of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (OCGA § 16-13-30) following a jury trial. King contends that: (1) the evidence does not support the verdict; (2) the trial court erred by denying his motion for directed verdict; (3) the trial court erred by admitting similar transaction evidence; (4) the trial court erred by denying his motion for a continuance where his legal counsel of choice was unavailable for trial, and (5) that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
