The petitioner on behalf of the National Labor Relations Board, hereinafter called the “Board”, seeks by these proceedings injunctive relief pursuant to Section 10(Z) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160(Z), pending the final adjudication of the charges filed with the Board against the respondents.
