|2The State of Louisiana appeals from the trial court’s judgment granting defendant’s motion to quash. We reverse the decision of the trial court and remand this case for further proceedings.

On March 31, 2008, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information, charging defendant, Andre Arlan Domino, Jr., with driving while intoxicated (DWI), third offense, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98(A)(D).
