Alexander, a professional tennis player who lived in Atl lanta from 1974 to 1987, filed suit against his former financial man! ager and friend, Ralph Liniado, alleging breach of contract, breach ol fiduciary duty and fraud in connection with their joint venture, whiclf they entered in 1981 for ownership and management of four condo| miniums.
