This appeal is from a judgment of the District Court granting enforcement, at the instance of the Federal Trade Commission, of certain subpoenas duces te-cum, issued in a proceeding initiated by the Commission to challenge, under Section 7 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. § 18), the acquisition by Lehigh Portland Cement Company of a number of ready-mix concrete companies. Appellants are not parties to that proceeding.
