This case first appeared on the court’s arraignment calendar on June 21, 1995. The defendant appeared pro se and answered *94ready. The People were represented by Donal Mahoney, Esq., Deputy Village Prosecutor, and Michelle DePew, Building Superintendent for the Incorporated Village of Westbury.
