The appellee, Jack Shepherd, "being dissatisfied with a marriage, which he entered into with the appellant, Willie Shepherd, on the 28th day of July, 1915, instituted this action for a divorce, alleging as the grounds for the divorce, that the marriage was obtained by duress, per minas, imposed upon him by the father of appellant and presumably with her., connivance.
