— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Byrne, J.), rendered November 17, 1990, convicting him of attempted burglary in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant, who, during the plea allocution, admitted he acted as "lookout” for others whom he knew entered a commercial building and stole property, claims he has been sentenced for a crime he did not commit.
